Do you work to support young people?   This could be as a youth worker, sports coach, voluntary or community organisation or as an education professional, a teacher or in another pastoral care role.

Free training is available for all practitioners to help build awareness of what can cause conflict and violence amongst young people, the risk factors such as exploitation, how fear is driving the carrying of weapons and how isolated some young people feel from anyone who could help them.

The training covers the “Stay True to You” approaches, helping build your confidence in how to develop strong and trusting relationships with young people, how you can help them to realise all they can do for themselves and their friends to stay safe and empower them to make their own positive choices.

The training also covers how practitioners can use some of the free resources, which are available on this website.

Each session is free, conducted online using MS Teams and can be arranged to suit your team.
